At times the full list of community agents from AMSI will not appear in MaxLeases, even if the agent is configured in AMSI, and has been marked as being available to the interface.
Normally this is due to the agent FIRST or LAST name being incorrectly added into the wrong field inside AMSI, with the most common mistake being the first name entered into the agent title box in AMSI.
The solution is to check the AMSI setup for the agent, making sure that the agent can be used by the interface, and making sure that all the fields are correctly filled in and are not transposed in any way.
