Desktop alerts not appearing in real time

If the MaxLeases desktop alerts are not appearing in real time, before or during a phone call that is in progress, it may be that the local time on your computer is incorrect.  This can affect when and how the popup alerts appear.

Check that the correct date and time (especially AM/PM) are shown at the bottom right hand corner of your PC desktop, and update the date and time if need be.

This issue most often arises after the clocks change in the spring and fall.
